Treezee is a marketplace facilitator that is in charge of collecting and remitting Sales & Use tax on behalf of our vendors.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your relationship with Treezee Marketplace.
Article 2 - Account
For a tailored shopping experience you can register an account on the website. It is not permitted to create an account using the name of another person or company. During registration, you must provide a user name, e-mail, and password with which you can gain access to your Account.
You will receive an email including your login details upon completing the registration process on the website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the login details and are fully responsible and liable for all activities that occur with your account. You agree to immediately notify Treezee of any unauthorized use of your login details or account or any other breach of security, and ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Treezee cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this article.
You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Treezee against any and all claims which might be incurred as a consequence of any use or abuse by any unauthorized person of your password or account.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on Treezee. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Article 3 - Products and Orders
You agree that the use of the website including the webshop is at your sole risk. You agree that all products, including but not limited to water pipes, glass tubes, and pipes displayed, advertised, or sold within the website are expressly intended for ornamental purposes, collector purposes, or for use with legal smoking products or other lawful purposes only. No other use for these items in any way is either intended or condoned by you or Treezee.
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.
Unless otherwise specified by Treezee, all offers made by Treezee are without commitment until you have received confirmation of your order from Treezee, by which the agreement between you and Treezee for the purchase of a product is concluded. Neither manifest errors nor minor misstatements in the information concerning the products on the website, including the images, bind Treezee.
Treezee is not involved in any warranties or services provided with any of these products. The sellers are 100% liable for warranties & services provided with any of their products.
You declare that you are aware of the technical steps leading to the conclusion of the agreement, whether the agreement shall be archived and is accessible, and the languages in which the agreement can be drawn up. You will be shown a summary of your selected products before the order is placed. In this summary, you are given the opportunity to adjust the order before the products are ordered.
Article 4 - Price and Payment
All prices stated by Treezee are in U.S. Dollars and inclusive of value-added tax, other government levies, and the delivery costs of the product unless otherwise stated. You can pay the amount due by the methods specified on the website.
You will be in default by operation of law, without any notice of default or warning being required, if and as soon as the direct debit is rejected or reversed or if you fail to pay any of Treezee’s invoices within the specified payment term. In addition, you will owe statutory interest on the outstanding amount, calculated from the date of the default to the date of payment in full.
If following a demand for payment or notice of default, you continue to fail to pay the amount due in full, Treezee may pass on the claim to a debt collection agency. In that event, any and all costs incurred by Treezee in connection with overdue payments, such as litigation costs and legal and other costs, including the cost of legal assistance, bailiffs, and collection agencies, calculated in accordance with the graduated scale of extrajudicial collection costs, will be at your expense with a minimum of U.S. Dollars to be decided by Treezee’s Board of Council.
Treezee offers subscriptions. If the consumer checks out a subscription, they are agreeing to a recurring purchase of this exact product and quantity on treezee.com. The consumer is agreeing to a recurring purchase to be placed on the date of the frequency selected. Shipping may add more time to the subscription's arrival date. Subscriptions can be edited and canceled. The consumer is responsible for editing and canceling subscriptions. The consumer is responsible for any edit they make to the subscription. Treezee has the right to include the shipping cost and any taxes or fees included in the initial purchase for the cost of the recurring purchase. Treezee has the right to add any handling fee to any purchase for any reason before the consumer completes the order. The consumer will be able to view any handling fee that is added to the order before they complete the order. By completing the order, the consumer is agreeing to the final amount of the purchase.
Article 5 - Delivery and Shipping Info
The products purchased by you on the website are delivered to the address specified by you for that purpose. Delivery will be made only after your payment has been received. For the transportation of product(s), the given business will carry the risk of damage, theft, or loss. At the moment of delivery of the product(s) the risk and liability pass to the consumer.
If no other delivery period is agreed upon, the delivery shall occur within 30 days of purchase. You can choose your preferred delivery speed and price from the options the seller provides. If you are not at home at the time of the delivery or if you hold no or insufficient cash to make payment in full, redelivery may need to be arranged. The costs of redelivery of the products ordered by you will be at your expense.
In case the given business is not able to deliver the product(s) within 30 days, that business shall inform you immediately. If your product has not arrived in 14 days please notify firstname.lastname@example.org.
If any product ordered by you is not or no longer available, the given business will be entitled to ship an alternative product. The given business will notify you of that fact as soon as feasible, but at any rate upon delivery of the product.
The alternative product is of at least equal quality and price, and to the extent possible, has the same features as the ordered product. If no alternative product is available or deliverable, the given business will repay the amount paid by you back to your payment method within 30 days at the latest, without incurring any other or further liability.
Article 6 - Replacement Policy & Cancelation Policy
Replacement requests will be submitted to Treezee’s administrator for review. The administrator will either accept or decline the replacement request. In order for a replacement to be valid, the product’s must be unused, and the product must be defective (evidently not as described, the wrong order arrived, broken, or inaccurate etc).
Treezee has the right to reject any replacement request for any reason. Replacements only, no refunds or returns for shipped products, and cancellations for placed orders. You may not request a replacement for a product you did not order. Provide Treezee with as much information as possible and picture evidence is mandatory. The seller must send the replacement to you within 14 days of the replacement request getting approved. If they do not, Treezee will reach out to you about a refund.
Complaints with respect to the delivered products will only be handled if communicated to the business or Treezee within 21 days of the product(s) being shipped, and with a detailed description of the nature and extent of the concerning defect. After this period has expired, the delivered products are deemed to have been found satisfactory and the delivery has been accepted by the buyer. Questions should be sent to email@example.com. If your product does not arrive within 21 days, fill out the replacement request form and note that your product is still missing while providing the tracking information. If you did not receive tracking information, please note that.
Treezee and the seller will not be responsible in the event that the defect to a product has been fully or partially caused by any incorrect, improper, careless, or incompetent use by the consumer themself and/or if you have made any modifications to the products. Even if the defect is suspected to be caused by the consumer, a replacement request will not be accepted.
A consumer can request a replacement by clicking the Replacement Request link in the email you received when the product was shipped.
No cancellations, once the consumer places the order, all sales are final and non-disputable. If you try to report fraud for an order you placed, you will not be successful, so please save us the hassle and don’t report fraud for any order you placed. Fraud matters need to be taken very seriously and treated with respect and integrity.
Article 7 - Privacy and Relationship With Treezee

You accept that the website is provided only with the functionality and other features as they are at the time of use (on an 'as is' and ‘as available’ basis). Treezee does not warrant that the website is available at all times without interruption and error-free or that the information on the website, including but not limited to the delivery period and the stock level indicator, is accurate, up to date, and complete at all times. Treezee disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of condition, quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You warrant that, when using the website and/or the account, you will refrain from:
- Using robots, spiders, scrapers, or other applications;
- Performing acts that place unreasonable and/or disproportionate demands on the website's infrastructure and/or interfere with the website's functionality;
- Using applications that monitor the website and/or copy parts of the website; and/or
You indemnify and hold harmless Treezee against all possible loss or damage suffered and costs incurred by Treezee as a result of claims by third parties arising from:
- Any act performed by you in using the website and/or the use of your Account;
- Any act performed by you in ordering and/or taking delivery of products; and/or
- Any wrongful act committed by you.
You will be obliged to compensate Treezee for any and all costs incurred and loss or damage suffered by the latter relating in any way whatsoever to such claims.
Treezee does not guarantee that customs does not confiscate the products ordered by you. If such is the case Treezee will not refund any payments. You may reach out to the seller about sending a replacement product to you and see what they have to say in response.
Article 9 - Liability
'Direct loss or damage' is understood to mean exclusively:
- property loss or damage;
- reasonable costs incurred to prevent or limit the direct loss or damage anticipated as a result of the event giving rise to liability; and
- reasonable costs incurred to ascertain the cause of the loss or damage.
Any liability on the part of Treezee for loss or damage other than direct loss or damage (i.e. indirect loss or damage), including but not limited to consequential loss or damage, loss of and/or damage to data, loss of profit, and loss of turnover, lost savings, reduced goodwill, loss due to business interruption and loss or damage due to claims your customers, is excluded.
Treezee will not, in any event, be liable in any way whatsoever for loss and/or damage caused by:
- work, problems, interventions, modified or impaired functionality or other circumstances affecting the availability and/or use of the website or the Account;
- the temporary or permanent unavailability or breakdown of the website or the fact that the information on the website is inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete;
- your failure to ensure that the data provided within the meaning of article 2 are up to date, complete, and/or accurate;
- any unauthorized access to or use of your Account and/or the website by third parties; or
- any incorrect, improper, careless, or incompetent use of a product and/or if you have made any modifications to a product.
The limitation of liability set out in this article does not apply in the event of an intentional act or omission or wilful recklessness on the part of Treezee and/or its management.
A claim for compensation cannot be considered unless you have notified Treezee in writing of the loss or damage as soon as feasible after its occurrence. All claims for compensation against Treezee will be barred by the mere expiry of a period of 12 months after their inception.
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
In no case shall our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The administration of Treezee counts as unless the contrary is proven, conclusive evidence of the orders which are given by you and your payments to Treezee. You acknowledge that electronic communication can be used in evidence. And, you’re responsible for every order you place. You can not replace an item you ordered because you bought it by mistake or nolonder need it.
Article 11 – Intellectual Property Rights
The intellectual property rights and related rights such as copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, design rights, trade name rights, database rights, and neighboring rights, as well as rights to know-how and sui generis intellectual property rights (“Intellectual Property Rights”) with respect to the website and with respect to the information made available through the website, including but not limited to texts, look and feel, and video, audio, visual or photographic material, are vested in Treezee and/or its licensors.
You may not remove, obscure, conceal or modify any notices or statements relating to Intellectual Property Rights.
All rights surrounding Treezee’s name, logo, graphics, banners, pictures on the website, and alternate or different picture designs involving Treezee’s name, logo, or both belong solely to Treezee. This includes all rights to NFT properties. The Treezee.com logo or name and any Treezee.com NFT Platform product or service names, logos, or slogans that may appear on the Site or elsewhere are the proprietary property of Treezee.com and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.

These linked websites are not under Treezee's control and Treezee is not responsible for any content, advertising, offers, services, products, or other materials on or available from any linked website or any link contained in a linked website, or any changes or updates to such sites.

Once the products have been delivered, Treezee and our sellers are no longer responsible for how you use the products. If you or someone else consumes too much of a product, or someone accidentally consumes a product, the consumer (you) is held accountable, not Treezee or our sellers. Treezee and our sellers are not responsible for any glassware that you (the consumer) breaks even if you injure yourself. Treezee and our sellers hold no more responsibility once the product(s) are delivered.

- Discreet Packaging and Shipping:
Here at Treezee, we understand our customer's concerns about privacy and discretion. It is made clear in our Seller Agreement with our sellers that everything we ship will be discreet.
However, something similar to "treezee.com" will appear on your credit card statement. We cannot change this, and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Treezee reserves the right to add a signature requirement to any order at our discretion for security reasons. We also maintain the right to require photo ID verification submission for any order. All information will be kept safe and private. This is to prevent fraud and underage orders. We are very serious about preventing illicit orders.
We can not guarantee arrival dates or times. While we try our best to prevent any delays, orders may be held up due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Shipping Times and Shipping Speed:
Please note that the shipping time does not include the processing time for packaging up and fulfilling orders. Once your order is placed, each business’s shipping teams work hard to get that order packaged well and sent out to you carefully. If placed before 10 am, the majority of orders are shipped the same day. However, unforeseeable delays may occasionally occur, and processing times can take up to two days in very rare cases. In rare cases of a holiday or special dates, processing times can be between 2-3 days. Rest assured that the increased processing time simply means our shippers need a bit more time to carefully tend to each and every order. Orders are not packaged up on U.S Holidays and other instances in which the postal services are closed. Shipping times do not guarantee the package arrival date. We offer a variety of shipping speeds through these carriers.

For all packages damaged or broken in shipping, please submit a replacement request to email@example.com. Please remain calm and polite throughout the broken items replacement process, being angry about the situation will not speed up the process. Customer happiness is our priority and we will work to fix any errors, please work with us in remaining calm and helpful so that we can assist you with our best, fastest assistance.
Here is the shipping policy for our sellers: “Sellers have 2 days to ship an order. Once the order is shipped, the seller must complete the order in their Treezee Seller Account.” This will send the consumer an email with their tracking info. If the consumer does not receive their tracking info 3-4 days after your order was placed, you may reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org asking for a shipment status for your order.
Article 27 - Refunds:
The only time Treezee will issue a refund is if your order did not arrive. Please reach out to email@example.com with your order’s details if you don’t receive your order after 10-14 days. If your order does arrive damaged or inaccurate please see the above section titled “Replacements.”
- Treezee takes no responsibility for anything that happens to the consumer caused by any product. All liability falls on the seller.
- All Licensing Requirements have been deeply researched and confirmed by evidence. Everything taking place on this website is completely federally legal, and multiple official lawyer consultation sessions have taken place and have been recorded to prove this measure. Documentation and voice recordings are held at Treezee headquarters that confirm that Treezee is not in danger of violating any laws.
